This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards that apply when using platforms, systems, or services provided or operated by Nero Software. It exists to keep our services secure, reliable, and lawful for everyone.

You must not introduce malware, ransomware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
04Resource use
You must not use our services in a way that places an unreasonable load on infrastructure, degrades service for others, or is designed to evade usage limits.
05Reporting and enforcement
Suspected violations can be reported to info@nero.software. We may investigate suspected breaches and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access where necessary to protect our services and users.
06Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
